Welcome to MAPA Architecture & Construction Management. By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or entering into a contract with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between MAPA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (“you” or “your”).

1. Services Provided

We offer professional architecture, design, project management, and construction supervision services.

  • The specific scope of work, deliverables, and project timeline will be detailed in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.

  • Additional services requested outside the agreed scope will require a new quotation or amendment to the contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients are expected to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information regarding project requirements, site details, and objectives.

  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals, decisions, or additional documentation.

  • Obtain all required permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals related to the project unless otherwise agreed.

  • Notify MAPA of any changes or special conditions that may affect project progress or design.

3. Fees and Payment

  • All service fees, payment schedules, and terms will be defined in the client agreement or project proposal.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule and currency.

  • Late payments may result in project delays and may incur interest or administrative fees.

  • All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, unless otherwise specified in writing.

MAPA reserves the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables in case of non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

  • MAPA retains copyright ownership of all designs, drawings, 3D visualizations, plans, and related materials produced during the project.

  • The client is granted a non-transferable license to use the final deliverables solely for the agreed-upon project and purpose.

  • Any reproduction, modification, resale, or public use of MAPA’s work without written permission is strictly prohibited.

MAPA reserves the right to display project visuals, renders, and photography in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related and business information.

  • MAPA ensures that all data shared by the client is handled securely and used solely for the purpose of project execution.

  • We may reference or showcase completed projects for professional and promotional purposes unless expressly restricted by the client.

6. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines and milestones are agreed upon in the contract.

  • Timelines may be adjusted due to client-related delays, changes in project scope, or unforeseen external factors such as material shortages or regulatory updates.

  • MAPA will communicate any schedule adjustments promptly to ensure transparency and coordination.

7. Liability

  • MAPA is not liable for delays, damages, or additional costs caused by events beyond its control, including third-party actions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project phase or service in question.

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution or mediation before pursuing legal remedies.

8. Amendments and Revisions

  • Any revisions, design changes, or additional work beyond the original scope will incur additional fees.

  • Revisions must be requested within the agreed timeline, and major design alterations may affect project schedules and costs.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice under the terms specified in the agreement.

  • Termination fees may apply based on the amount of work completed, expenses incurred, and project stage at the time of termination.

  • MAPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment or breach of contract.

10. Warranties and Guarantees

  • MAPA warrants that all services will be performed with professional skill, diligence, and care.

  • No additional warranties or guarantees apply unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Significant changes will be communicated to clients prior to implementation, and the updated version will be available on our website with a revised Effective Date.
